At Mayo Clinic, I drove key contributions to a group project redesigning campus crosswalk experiences and developing a wayfinding feature for their app, improving navigation for over 10,000 daily users. My role focused on leading user research; conducting 22 interviews and analyzing 200 surveys, to map patient and caregiver journeys, create detailed personas, and develop visual flows and strategic recommendations projected to reduce wayfinding confusion by 45% and boost patient satisfaction by 30%.

As communications lead on a 20-member team from SCAD and BMW, I managed client communications and facilitated six stakeholder meetings to align vision and progress. I also led UX research for an AI-powered emotional virtual assistant, conducting 15 interviews, synthesizing insights into feature priorities, and creating service blueprints to map complex workflows and guide development decisions.
