BMW  X  SCADpro

As a service designer, I contributed to a project focused on researching and developing an AI-powered emotional virtual assistant. The project aimed to design the interactions, behavior, and environment of the virtual assistant to create a beneficial, engaging, and useful tool for future BMW stakeholders, including engineers, designers, production planners, and design developers. The collaboration involved cross-functional teams comprising students from diverse departments such as service design, UX design, design management, environment design, and animation, including both graduate and undergraduate students.
